- Existing Printers - Accram Fleet Program includes existing printers, multifunction products, color lasers, black and white lasers, dot matrix printers, and line printers. One flat fee for all of your toner, ribbons, and service requests. Our flat fee is based upon your estimates of prints.
- Unlimited Toner Supplies - Eliminate the hassle and high cost of keeping inventory. The Accram Fleet Program includes all Accram laser toner and ribbons. We can even supply you with copier toner.
- Free Parts and Labor - The Accram Fleet Program includes all maintenance kits, drums, fuser and transfer kits. The Accram Fleet Program includes all free service calls. Pay one flat fee. NO HIDDEN COSTS!

- High Quality Service - When your company is on the Accram Fleet Program you will receive an average 4- business hour response time to meet the high demands of today's business world.
Accram No-Risk Print Guarantee
- Lifetime Guarantee - Your Equipment is guaranteed to perform to manufacturer's specifications during the time of your contract. If we are not able to repair your equipment in your office, we will provide you with a free temporary replacement unit if available until the repair has been completed.
- Service Response Guarantee - We will respond to your emergency service call on a down machine with an average 4-hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm., Monday through Friday excluding holiday's within 35 miles of one of our Service Centers. Accram has service centers across the country. If the elapsed time exceeds an average four business hours from when your call is placed and our service technician arrives at your office, you will receive a $50.00 Credit Voucher redeemable on any future purchase (limit one per machine).
- Supplies Guarantee - Our supplies meet all rigid manufacturer's specifications. Supplies are competitively priced and kept in our inventory for immediate shipment.
The No-Risk Guarantee - If we do not fulfill these responsibilities, Accram, Inc. will void your service agreement and provide you with a list of authorized service companies to service your account. Simply provide us with written notification and NINETY-DAYS to rectify the problem. All contractual financial obligations must be current.
