• New Printers - Accram Print Program includes new state of the art printers, multifunction devices, lasers (color and black and white), and copiers. New equipment will improve productivity and reliability in your office.
• One Single Flat Fee – You define the number of prints per month. You are invoiced monthly for this flat fee. Our printers/copiers are internet enabled and will email Accram with the number of prints made. Invoices are itemized per printer and sent to you. You will receive no additional charges for the number of prints you have defined.
• Unlimited Toner Supplies - Eliminate the hassle and high cost of keeping inventory. The Accram Print Program includes all Accram laser toner and copier cartridges.
• Free Parts and Labor - The Accram Print Program includes all maintenance kits, drums, fuser and transfer kits. The Accram Print program includes all free service calls. Pay for the prints you make. NO HIDDEN COSTS!
• Convenience - Save time and money! Expense tracking will be the thing of the past. We can show your volumes and supply usages on a monthly basis.

• Lifetime Guarantee - New Equipment is guaranteed to perform to manufacturer's specifications during the time of your contract. If we are not able to repair your equipment in your office, we will provide you with a free temporary replacement unit if available until the repair has been completed. If your equipment cannot be repaired, we will replace it with equipment of equal or greater capabilities at no additional charge.
• Service Response Guarantee - We will respond to your emergency service call on a down machine with an average 4-hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm., Monday through Friday excluding holiday's within 35 miles of one of our Service Centers. Accram has service centers across the country. If the elapsed time exceeds an average four business hours from when your call is placed and our service technician arrives at your office, you will receive a $50.00 Credit Voucher redeemable on any future purchase (limit one per machine).
• Supplies Guarantee - Our supplies meet all rigid manufacturer's specifications. Supplies are competitively priced and kept in our inventory for immediate shipment.

The No-Risk Guarantee - If we do not fulfill these responsibilities, Accram, Inc. will void your printer service agreement and provide you with a list of authorized service companies to service your account. Simply provide us with written notification and NINETY-DAYS to rectify the problem. All contractual financial obligations must be current.
